Teamsphere.ai offers privately hosted, dedicated AI workstations designed for machine learning (ML) and large language model (LLM) use cases. The Company manages and administers open-source tools on behalf of its customers to facilitate their AI and ML workflows.
3. Data Privacy
3.1 Data Ownership: All data uploaded to or generated by interacting with LLM models on Teamsphere.ai remains the property of the customer. The Company does not use this data for any purposes other than those required to provide the service.
3.2 Privacy Assurance: The Company guarantees that your data will remain private and will not be accessed, shared, or utilized for any other purposes without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
4. Responsibility and Limitations
4.1 Use of Open Source Tools: The Company integrates and manages open-source tools as part of the service. However, the Company does not assume responsibility for any issues, malfunctions, security vulnerabilities, or other problems that may arise from the use of these open-source tools.
4.2 Third-Party Software: Any use of third-party software, libraries, or tools within Teamsphere.ai is subject to the respective licenses and terms of those third-party providers. The Company is not liable for issues resulting from the use of such third-party software.
4.3 Service Availability: The Company strives to ensure continuous service availability, but cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur.
5. Support and Administration
5.1 Support: The Company provides technical support related to the hosting and administration of the Teamsphere.ai platform. Support is limited to issues pertaining directly to the platform's performance and functionality.
5.2 Hosting Administration: The Company is responsible for hosting administration, including server management, updates, and infrastructure maintenance. The customer acknowledges that the Company does not control all aspects of hosting, including those dependent on third-party hosting providers.
6. Customer Obligations
6.1 Appropriate Use: Customers are expected to use Teamsphere.ai in a lawful manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the service, such as attempts to breach security, deploy malicious code, or engage in illegal activities, will result in immediate termination of service.
6.2 Backup and Recovery: While the Company implements best practices for data integrity and security, customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their data. The Company is not liable for data loss due to customer actions or third-party issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Teamsphere.ai, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and will become effective immediately upon notice. Continued use of the service following such changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend access to the service at its discretion for violations of these Terms or other reasons. Upon termination, the customer will lose access to the service, including any data stored on the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elevex Group Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
